Join us for our first session where Sasha and André from Sound Emergence lead us into a deeply relaxing and meditative sound journey with singing bowls, gongs and other instruments.

Use this opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. 

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a Yoga mat (or similar, to lie on), blanket and cushion or pillow.
