Santa’s Grotto at Lympne Castle

The elves are busy, the lights are twinkling, and Father Christmas is on his way to Lympne Castle!

Step through the castle gates and into a world of Christmas magic. Santa’s cheeky elves will be waiting to greet your little ones and lead them on a festive adventure to Father Christmas’s cosy grotto, tucked away inside the historic Ernest Jones Barn.

There, children can whisper their Christmas wishes to the man himself and receive a special gift to take home: a moment they’ll remember long after the wrapping paper is gone.

Extra magic on selected days

🦌 Friday 27th & Monday 30th: Meet Santa’s real reindeer! Come and say hello to the stars of Christmas Eve before they take to the skies.

🎄 Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th: Our Christmas characters will be roaming the grounds, ready for hugs, high-fives and plenty of photos.

Festive stalls

Wander our hand-picked festive stalls for seasonal treats, Christmas goodies and a few unique gifts you won’t find on the high street. Perfect for ticking off the Christmas list while soaking up the atmosphere.

Stay for lunch

Make a proper day of it! The Naughty Dog, Le Carb Café and The Good Knight Bar will all be open throughout, serving delicious food, festive treats and warming drinks. Pull up a chair, settle in and enjoy a long, lazy lunch in a setting as magical as the season itself.

Child ticket (1-12): £18pp

This is a ticketed only event.  When you purchase your tickets, you are required to choose a time slot to see Father Christmas.  Please choose a time below, and include the child’s name and age, and any message they have for Santa to ensure the best experience.

Tickets are fully refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
